Where exactly are the Elli Apartments?
At the edge of the forest in Velká Úpa, part of Pec pod Sněžkou, a few minutes from the centre of Pec and its slopes.
How many apartments are there?
Five, in a single house. Each has its own parking space, its own locker on the ground floor and its own layout — from an apartment for two with a terrace to a three-bedroom penthouse.
How do check-in and check-out work?
Everything you need for your arrival is sent before you travel, so you can settle in any time after 15:00 without waiting for anyone. Check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional charge.
Is housekeeping included during the stay?
Housekeeping and fresh towels or bed linen are available at any point during your stay, on request — just let us know.
Is breakfast available?
Breakfast is served each morning at our neighbouring partner, a hundred metres from your door. Let us know the evening before and we'll arrange it.
What can you arrange for us before we arrive?
A table for dinner, a private ski instructor, a transfer to the slopes or the golf course, childcare in your apartment, or a route suggestion to suit the weather. Write to us before you travel.
Is there parking at the apartments?
Each apartment comes with one parking space at the house, free of charge. A second car can be left in the car park 500 metres away, where you'll also find the nearest ČEZ fast charger.
Where do we leave skis, boots and bikes?
In our ski room, which has heated boot dryers and a charging point for e-bikes. Each apartment also has its own locker on the ground floor, so nothing needs to come upstairs.
Are the apartments suitable for families with children?
Yes. A cot and a high chair are available on request, childcare with an experienced nanny can be arranged, and there is a shared clubhouse with a kitchenette for family gatherings.
Can we bring a dog?
Small dogs up to 10 kg are welcome, for an additional charge. Please mention your dog when booking so we can plan for them.
How far are the slopes?
SkiResort Pec pod Sněžkou is a few minutes from the house, and the ski bus stop is within walking distance.
Is there anything to do here in summer?
Hiking and cycling start at the door, Sněžka is close by, and the golf course at Grund Resort is fifteen minutes away by car. We're happy to suggest routes and places to eat.
