Arrival
Check-in is self-service, at any time from 15:00. We will send you the entry code in a message before your arrival.
1. Parking
Park in your reserved space right by the entrance – Viola has two spaces.
2. Keypad at the entrance
Enter the code from your message on the keypad to the left of the entrance door. The door will unlock.
3. Key box
Just inside the door, on the right, is the key box. Your apartment key with an electronic tag is inside.
4. Tag instead of code
For the rest of your stay, simply hold the tag to the keypad to open the entrance door – no code needed.
5. Your apartment
Lupina and Kosatec are on the first floor, Lilie and Zvonek on the second, Viola on the third. The chalet has no lift. The ski room, storage and WC are on the ground floor.
On departure
Check-out is by 10:00. Please return the key with its tag to the key box inside the entrance.
