Arrival and departure

Check-in
Check-in is self-service, at any time from 15:00. We will send you the entry code in a message before your arrival. How to get in 
Check-out
Check-out by 10:00.
Early check-in
Subject to availability, from 12:00 for CZK 750. Please arrange in advance with Jana.
Late check-out
Subject to availability, until 12:30 or 17:00; price on request.

Parking and transport

Parking
A reserved space by the entrance – two for Viola – is included for your whole stay. On departure day, parking can be extended until 15:00 for CZK 500, subject to availability. An additional car can be left in the multi-storey car park 500 m from the chalet. Parking outside designated areas is not permitted in Pec pod Sněžkou.
Transfer and luggage
On request, we will collect you from the car park and carry your luggage up to your apartment. Please arrange in advance with Jana.
Charging
E-bikes can be charged in the garage. The nearest ČEZ rapid charger (150 kW) is about 500 m from the chalet, at the petrol station next to the multi-storey car park.

Chalet rules

Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. If anything disturbs you during this time, please let Jana know by phone or WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
Parties
The chalet is a quiet place for all guests, so parties and loud celebrations, including stag and hen parties, are not permitted. If you are planning a private event or company retreat, you can book the whole chalet. The whole chalet 
Smoking
The apartments and shared spaces are non-smoking.
Dogs
Small dogs up to 20 kg are welcome by prior arrangement. The fee is CZK 550 per night for dogs up to 10 kg and CZK 800 per night for dogs up to 20 kg. Dogs are not accepted during the winter season. Please mention your dog when booking.

Children

Cot
On request, CZK 250 per stay.
Children's host
By prior arrangement, an experienced children's host can look after your children. Price on request.
Games in the lounge
The lounge has a Nintendo Switch and a selection of board games.

The chalet

Lift
The chalet has four floors and no lift. Parking is right by the entrance, and on request we will carry your luggage up to your apartment. Ski equipment and boots stay on the ground floor. For guests who prefer fewer stairs, we recommend Lupina or Kosatec on the first floor.
Luggage storage
Each apartment has a private lockable storage space on the ground floor, also available before check-in and after check-out.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet.
Lounge
A shared space for all guests: a dining table for 8, comfortable seating and a kitchenette with a fridge.

Breakfast and services

Breakfast
Breakfast at Penzion Eden, 100 m from the chalet, daily 8:00–10:00, CZK 250 per person and CZK 125 for children under 8. Please book with your reservation or with Jana.
Housekeeping
Daily if you wish: fresh towels, kitchen cleaning and bed making. Please arrange with Jana by 10:00. All services 
Krkonoše Card
Every booking includes the Krkonoše Card: 30% off the Sněžka cable car and further benefits in the region.
