Practical information

Check-in is self-service at any time from 15:00. Arrival details are sent in advance by Jana B.. Check-out by 10:00. Late check-out until 12:30 or 17:00, subject to availability; price on request.

The chalet has four floors and no lift. Parking is directly by the entrance, and ski equipment and boots stay on the ground floor. For guests who prefer fewer stairs, we recommend Lupina or Kosatec on the first floor.

A reserved space at the entrance, two for Viola, included in your stay. A second car can be left in the multi-storey car park 500 m from the chalet. Parking outside designated areas is not permitted in Pec pod Sněžkou.

Small dogs up to 20 kg are welcome by prior arrangement. The fee is CZK 550 per night for dogs up to 10 kg and CZK 800 per night for dogs up to 20 kg. Dogs are not accepted during the winter season. Please mention your dog when booking.

A cot on request, CZK 250 per stay. The lounge has a Nintendo Switch and a selection of board games. By prior arrangement, an experienced children's host can look after your children.

Hotel breakfast at Penzion Eden, 100 m from the chalet, daily 8:00–10:00, CZK 250 per person and CZK 125 for children under 8. Please book with your reservation or with Jana B..

Each apartment has a private lockable storage space on the ground floor, also available before check-in and after check-out.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet.

The apartments and shared spaces are non-smoking.

E-bikes can be charged in the garage. The nearest ČEZ rapid charger (150 kW) is about 500 m from the chalet, at the petrol station next to the multi-storey car park.
