How booking works

• Choose your dates, number of guests and apartment in the booking system. You will see availability and the total price before you complete the booking.
• We confirm your booking by email. Before arrival you complete the online check-in, and we send you the entry code in a message.

Cancellation and payment

• Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival is free of charge.
• Cancellation 14 to 7 days before arrival costs 50% of the booking price; cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or a no-show costs 100%.
• The payment method, any deposit and the due date are shown before you complete the booking. The local tourist tax is paid separately.
• Different conditions may apply on selected dates (Christmas, New Year, public holidays); they are always shown before you complete the booking.
• Bookings made through Booking.com or other portals follow that portal's conditions.
